LocalFinder LLC ("LocalFinder," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing technology company based in Pasadena, California. We provide AI-powered marketing services to small and medium businesses.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Business contact information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and address provided during onboarding or discovery calls.
  • Website analytics — page views, traffic sources, user behavior data, and conversion metrics from your business website.
  • Call recordings — voice recordings from discovery calls conducted through our Vapi-powered voice interface. These recordings are used to understand your business needs and generate your marketing strategy.
  • Marketing performance data — ad spend, click-through rates, search rankings, lead volume, and other campaign metrics.
  • Usage data — how you interact with our platform dashboard, including login times and feature usage.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our AI marketing services
  • To generate content, campaigns, and marketing strategies for your business
  • To communicate with you about your account and services
  • To monitor and optimize marketing performance
  • To comply with legal obligations

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT sell your data. Period. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • We do NOT share individual client data with other clients or third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We do NOT use your business data to benefit your competitors.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States:

  • Supabase — our primary database provider, hosted on US-based infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • DigitalOcean — used for hosting AI agent containers, with data encrypted and access restricted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our platform:

  • Vapi — for voice-based discovery calls and AI phone interactions
  • Anthropic (Claude) — for AI content generation and marketing strategy
  • Vercel — for hosting our web platform
  • Supabase — for database and authentication

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain high standards for data protection.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged into the platform
  • Remember your preferences
  • Understand how you use the platform so we can improve it

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features may not work correctly without them.

Your Rights (CCPA)

As a California company, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it, but the right is yours)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days unless required to retain it for legal purposes. Call recordings are retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform dashboard.
