Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LocalFinder AI platform ("Service") operated by LocalFinder LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

LocalFinder provides AI-powered marketing services for small and medium businesses, including but not limited to content generation, search engine optimization, local marketing, and marketing strategy. The Service is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis.

No Long-Term Contracts

All subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.

Content Approval

All content generated by our AI marketing agents is subject to your review and approval before publication. We will not publish content on your behalf without your explicit approval unless you have opted into an auto-publish workflow and configured approval rules within the platform.

Content Ownership

You own all content created for your business through the Service. This includes articles, blog posts, social media content, ad copy, and any other marketing materials generated on your behalf. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of all content created during your subscription.

Aggregate Data

We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate data derived from Service usage for benchmarks, reporting, and improving our platform. This data will never identify individual clients or their businesses. Examples include average performance metrics across industries and general usage patterns.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service that could result in temporary interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

LocalFinder LLC is not liable for:

  • Ad performance, click-through rates, or return on ad spend — these are influenced by market conditions, competition, and factors beyond our control
  • Search engine rankings — we employ best practices but cannot guarantee specific positions in search results
  • Revenue or lead generation outcomes — while we optimize for results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes
  • Third-party service outages — including but not limited to Google, social media platforms, and advertising networks

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information during onboarding
  • Review and approve content in a timely manner
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your industry
  • Ensure that any information you provide for marketing purposes is truthful and not misleading

Cancellation

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. Notice can be provided via email to patrick@localfinder.biz or through the platform dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access through the end of your billing period
  • You retain ownership of all content created for your business
  • We will provide a data export upon request within 30 days of cancellation
  • Your data will be deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
